The image of a kangaroo with boxing gloves is one of Australia's most popular cultural symbols, most commonly seen on flags at international sporting events. During World War 2 the symbol became the Air forces' unofficial aircraft logo. The idea originates from the kangaroos' natural defensive behavior which looks similar to boxing. This Cumbungi drawing captures the creature in it's natural surroundings practicing a few key moves. (This design inspiration is also on the accompanying swing tag).
