Within Australia

• An order of $69.99 or under will cost $8.00 AUS flat rate (GST is inclusive).
• For an order of $70.00 or over the delivery fee is FREE!
• Please allow between 4-7 working days for delivery. Cumbungi will email you when your garment/s have been posted and supply an Australia Post tracking number for the parcel.
• Cumbungi's studio is based the Inner west of Sydney, Australia and all garments are shipped from this studio using Australia Post. Orders are packed in soft light weight water resistant satchels. Please retain your PayPal receipt emailed to you at time of purchase.
• We are not responsible for parcel losses so please ensure the address given is correct and secure. All orders are subject to availability of stock and we take reasonable steps to verify that an order is bona fide. We do however reserve the right to cancel any order.

International orders

• Cumbungi ships orders to USA, UK, Germany, Singapore and Canada.
• International shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the package and extra features can be added such as sign or tracking at an extra cost. The simplest way to keep the cost low is to ensure your order is less than 500 grams in weight. If it is over this weight the cost essentially doubles to the 500g to 1kg package cost. As a guide; Up to three adult Cumbungi t-shirts will weigh just under 500g (except 3 x XL men’s) and cost up to $18.00 AUS, depending on the Country, with no tracking.

• There are two ways you can find out the International shipping costs;

  1. Before you order online, email Cumbungi direct and give us both the number of garments, sizes if possible and the City and Country the order is to be shipped too. Within 24 hours we will email you the cost options and you can then decide to proceed and purchase online and the extra shipping cost will be invoiced shortly after. You can also add a note in the checkout process if you need to tell us you require tracking or sign options. We will ship the order once this extra international shipping invoice has been paid. OR
  2. Complete your order online, as normal and we will be in contact within 24 hours to advise of the cheapest additional postage cost. Depending on the package weight, the extra cost will be invoiced to your email address supplied.  We will ship the order once this extra international shipping invoice has been paid.

• Please note: For international orders there is no tracking number or ‘sign on delivery’ service available unless you request it and pay extra for this service. You can add a note in the checkout process if you need to tell us you require tracking or sign options. Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery. Cumbungi will email you when your garment/s have been posted and advise you of the expected delivery date. Please get in touch if you have any other queries.

Exchange and returns policy

• We appreciate your business and endeavour to provide quality garments. We want Cumbungi garments to be enjoyed and worn so please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the garments if there's any problem with your order.
• You can either exchange it for another item of the same cost, or return it for a refund. Refund of the original cost of such garment/s will be given, excluding any postage and handling costs. Returned items must include original Cumbungi swing tag. Worn or washed items will not be accepted. In order for us to process your return/exchange properly, please identify your reason for the return, as well as the course of action to be taken (exchange or refund). Please allow up to three weeks for us to process your return.
• Cumbungi endeavours to describe all garments as accurate as possible. When viewing our garments online, please keep in mind that the items may appear larger or smaller in pictures, as we try to show as much detail of the garment as possible. Please always check the sizes and garment description. Colours shown on your digital device may also be different from the actual colour of the product. This is out of our control, therefore we do not accept returns for the above reasons. Please select items carefully, we do not offer refund or exchange for change of mind.
• Please be aware there are no exchange or refunds issued on sale garments.
